Day 121.
October 30, 2010.
This week for Photo, we had to shoot couples, making our subjects all open objects. I went up to Fort Collins for a little bit today and hung out with Jesse and Bridget. I ended up shooting about 200 pictures of them at the park; I’ve only gotten around to editing a few so far.

We become like Dumbo and his feather: we’re convinced we need those people in our lives in order to fly. Then they walk out of our lives, and we allow ourselves to give up and fall apart. But what we really need is to come to our senses and realize: screw that. You don’t need anyone else to help you reach your dreams. You’ve had in yourself all along what it takes to soar. You make your own magic.
